Student Day Will be held on Monday March 29, 2010
TechniBowl Competition
Two students from each primary radiography program will compete in the competition. The students must be in good standing within their academic program, as well as a current member in good standing of the Philadelphia society of radiologic technologists.
Student membership is now $10.00 for the Philadelphia Society of Radiologic Technologists
For membership and student day admission is purchased
between March 1, 2010 and March 19, 2010 then it will be $15.00 $10.00 to become a member and $5.00 admission to student day
Admission only to the student day (students and instructors) will be $5.00. (no membership)
T-shirt Competition
- For those students who are artistically talented we would like your submissions for three different categories for the T-shirt logos.
- One entry from each primary radiography program will accepted to compete in the appropriate category for the T-shirt competition. The students responsible for the submission must be in good standing within their academic program, as well as a current member in good standing of the Philadelphia society of radiologic technologists.
The PhilaSRT will get exclusive rights to the design of the winning logos and T-shirts will become available for all students to purchase on the Society webpage.
Essay Competition
- New this year we will be offering an essay competition for those of you that are blessed with a literary talent. We will be posting three topics that you may choose one and submit an essay before student day to be graded blindly by the essay committee.
They will be printed and available for everyone to read at the student day competition.
- The day of the competition the top three winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded as well as a certificate. The top three essays will also be posted on the Philasrt website for viewing once they are chosen.
